Refund policy
B2B / Wholesale
Spa De Soleil operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and wholesaler. All sales are final except as expressly stated in writing by Spa De Soleil.
No Refunds – General Policy
All payments made to Spa De Soleil are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Production deposits
- Full payments
- Custom formulation fees
- Packaging, sourcing, design, regulatory, or setup costs
Custom, EZ-Run & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-made, private label, EZ-Run, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or cancellation under any circumstances once production has commenced.
Shipping & Freight
Shipping, freight, handling, insurance, and accessorial charges are non-refundable. Carrier delays, damages, or losses do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the event of verified manufacturing defects or order errors solely attributable to Spa De Soleil:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims must include order number, detailed description, and clear photos of packaging and products
- Spa De Soleil reserves the sole right to determine resolution, which may include replacement or credit at its discretion
Third-Party Delays & Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for delays or failures caused by events beyond Spa De Soleil’s control, including but not limited to supplier shortages, carrier delays, labor disruptions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes constitute a breach of these terms. Spa De Soleil reserves the right to suspend current and future orders and pursue collection of any associated fees, damages, or legal costs.
Final Determination
All refund determinations are made solely by Spa De Soleil and are final.
