1. Manufacturing & Consultation Services

As a leading innovator in the beauty industry, we provide custom formulation, packaging, and regulatory guidance.

Concept to Completion: While we take great pride in bringing a client’s vision to reality, the client is responsible for final approval of all custom formulations and graphic design assets.

Regulatory Guidance: We provide guidance based on USDA, FDA, and State of California standards. However, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring their branded products comply with the laws of the jurisdictions in which they intend to sell.

2. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Spa De Soleil® and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Formulations: Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written Contract Manufacturing Agreement, all proprietary formulations developed by our R&D team remain the intellectual property of Spa De Soleil, Inc.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
